Agent Setup Service Terms

These terms cover the done-for-you AI agent setup service offered on stormap.ai ("Stormap", "we"). By requesting or paying for a package you agree to them.

1. What we deliver

Each package's scope is listed on the service page at the time you order. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we do it.
Live sessions happen over video call with screen sharing. Session length is as listed (for example, 60 minutes for Quick Start).
Written reviews are delivered by email within 3 business days after we receive your materials.
Pro Setup includes 2 weeks of email support starting from the session date.

2. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Review and Quick Start are paid in full when ordering; Pro Setup requires a 50% deposit, with the balance due before or at the end of the final session.
Custom and team work is quoted in writing first. Nothing is charged until you accept a quote.
Prices are in US dollars and don't include costs from third parties you choose to use (model providers, hosting, paid apps).

3. Rescheduling and refunds

You can reschedule a session for free up to 24 hours before it starts.
If we can't deliver the agreed setup, for example because the software doesn't support your system, you get a full refund of what you paid for that package.
If you cancel before your session or before we start a review, you get a full refund. After the work is delivered, payments aren't refundable.
Missing a session without notice counts as delivered, but we'll offer one reschedule.

4. Your accounts and security

We never ask you to send API keys, passwords or recovery codes. You enter them yourself during the session.
Remove secrets from any files or screenshots you send for a review.
You keep full ownership and control of your computers, servers, accounts and data. We don't keep access after the session.
We set up conservative permissions by default. You decide what the agent is allowed to access.

5. Limits

AI agents and the tools they use are third-party software that changes often. We can't guarantee how they'll behave in the future or that a provider won't change its features or prices.
You're responsible for how you use your agent, including following the terms of the websites and services it connects to.
We won't set up agents for unlawful purposes, spam, or to get around other services' security or terms.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for the service is limited to the amount you paid for the package.
